Book an interpreter

Standard interpretation appointments are booked online through Acuity Scheduling. The scheduler opens on the Acuity Scheduling site, where you choose an appointment type and time and receive your confirmation email.

Use the scheduler for standard interpretation appointments. For translation, transcription, training, assignments longer than one day, weekend or after-hours appointments, or appointments that need significant travel time, start with Contact instead.

Need to change or cancel?

To reschedule, use the link in your Acuity confirmation email. The scheduler does not allow cancellations online. To cancel, or if you cannot find your confirmation email, call (585) 750-3505 or email support@aguirrelanguageservices.com.
